Rasmussen, a graduate of the University of Southern California, most recently served as the Senior Vice President of The Tenant Advisory Group at Grubb & Ellis and was one of the lead strategists for the Southern California team. He received numerous awards throughout his tenure, including being named Rookie of the Year in 1997; Top Twenty Broker- Los Angeles Region for 11 consecutive years between 1998 - 2008; Top Ten Broker - Los Angeles Region in 2003, 2005 and 2008; Top Fifty - Entire Company / Circle of Excellence in 2007; Top Twenty Five - Entire Company / Circle of Excellence in 2001; and # 8 Broker- Entire Company / Circle of Excellence in 2002.
